Most businesses buy a new tool for every problem, until the tools cost more than they save and only one person knows how they connect. I build the opposite: one base that every product shares, so sales, operations, money and decisions get built once and owned by the business. Over the last three years that's replaced $3.4 million a year of tool sprawl across five industries.

Rooferzs
Born as the in-house platform for an enterprise restoration company, replacing $1.2M a year of tool sprawl with one system they own. Now a roofing vertical: storm tracking, leads, door-knock pins, AI callers and a client portal. A role-scoped agent runs the whole company, and anything that writes or dials waits for a human approval card.

Case 01 · Platform architect & Director of Engineering
How RestoreMasters got its own operating system
A storm-restoration business with no developers, and a tech executive forced to put out fires everyday as his main duty. The owner wired the automations himself in Zapier and Make, and the rest of the company only found out about a change when something broke. Data lived in duplicate layers with no transparency across any of them. Twenty-five consolidated microservices later, every department (sales, estimating, production, accounting) ran on one platform the company owned, built live while they used it every day.
